Frauenkreis zur Sommersonnenwende

The summer solstice is the longest day of the year and an invitation to pause and celebrate our own light. In this circle of women, we create a protected space together in which real encounters are possible. An afternoon that lifts us out of everyday life and connects us with each other through warmth, through movement, through sharing in a circle.

The afternoon unfolds in three moments:

Cocoa ceremony

We begin with a heart-opening cocoa ceremony that gently attunes us and prepares the space for what follows.

Free movement

We then move into movement. We move our bodies freely, without choreography, without right or wrong. We celebrate the light within us and give space to shake off the old.

Women's circle

After the movement, we come together in a circle, take time for a writing ritual and share our experiences in a safe space. We end the afternoon with a relaxation exercise.

This afternoon is for you if you want a moment just for yourself, in good company, with lightness and perhaps a little touch of magic.

No previous experience necessary. Just you, your body and an open heart.
