Not only fire is an element that we have been using at Frɘi.gehege since last winter, but this Sunday for the first time a really nice cold ICE BATH.
Led by the newly formed team, this session will take place as usual from 11:00 to 13:00 at the tree in Cologne's city forest (near the Trimm-Dich-Pfad).
