Future Music & The Palace collective presents : FUTURE FEST

In the organizer's words:

The smoke clears, the engine hums to a stop, light breaks through the time machine's door, and you step out into a strange world. Where? Some kind of half-crumbling former office building in the center of East Berlin, surrounded by throngs of strangely dressed people, encircling a stage at the center of a massive room, atop which a band of musicians churn out a propulsive rhythm blanketed by the jagged tones of electric guitars echoing through space. It's all so familiar, yet a strange feeling pervades your psyche. It's as if all thoughts of what-could-be have reached their limit, incapable of penetrating an electric fence constructed by the undeniable presence of this exact moment. For the first time, you sense there is nothing beyond the now. Suddenly it dawns on you, and a profound ease moves through your body and mind. You have arrived, the future is now.
