We are celebrating the first anniversary of our city partnership with Dnipro!

After a welcoming address by Mayor Henriette Reker, we will take a look together at how Cologne and Dnipro work together - and gather ideas on how our twin city can continue to be supported in the future.

👉 Experts report on the role of the City of Cologne and the commitment of non-profit organizations.
👉 We talk to journalist Tamina Kutscher about a highly topical issue: disinformation and fake news in the context of the war of aggression against Ukraine. How does false information arise, how can it be recognized - and why is critical questioning so important? The evening will be moderated by Birgit Virnich.

Afterwards, we invite you to enjoy Ukrainian and German specialties - the perfect opportunity for exchange and encounters. You can also visit the ZEIT STIFTUNG BUCERIUS action lab, an interactive exhibition on the topic of news literacy.
