Guy-El Invites is a monthly event that brings together art, community, and the Kimuntu philosophy. At its heart is the circle: a space without a stage, without a barrier between musicians and audience. Everyone stands on the same level and is part of the same vibrant moment.
On the last Saturday of every month at 8 p.m., Guy-El invites an artist to improvise together, share sounds, and create an open musical dialogue. Whether you sing along, play along, listen, or simply feel the shared energy—every form of participation is welcome.
It’s not about performance, but about presence: about listening, feeling, exchange, and a new sense of togetherness.
For the June edition, Guy-El has invited Ritmo Jackson. As one of Munich’s most renowned Latin ensembles, the 16-piece band combines musical precision with a rousing energy. Their orchestral sound, characterized by a powerful horn section, a multi-layered rhythm section, and strong vocals, blends influences from Cuban music, Latin jazz, and contemporary Latin American trends.
Within the framework of Guy-El Invites, Ritmo Jackson brings this rhythmic diversity and stage energy into an open, improvisational context. Together, they create an evening that thrives not on performance, but on presence—a living space for encounter, exchange, and the shared experience of rhythm in the moment.
