The Anglo-American model: Wetake our cues heavily from the legendary stand-up scenes in the U.S. and the U.K. The HAHA Comedy Club sees itself as a place that brings the vibe of New York’s Comedy Cellar or London’s Top Secret Club straight to Cologne. Raw, intimate, high-energy.

Unfiltered and authentic: Wedon’t hold back. We stand for authentic comedy that provokes, surprises, and above all, is genuine. No watered-down TV humor, but raw stand-up art, deeply rooted in the German and international comedy scenes, paired with the unmistakable Cologne way of life.

From the scene, for the scene: TheHAHA Comedy Club emerged right from the heart of Cologne’s comedy scene. Without the backing of big corporations or franchises, we’ve been committed to the highest quality instead of mass production since 2024. We stand by our values and create our shows for the art’s sake, not purely for profit. And that’s exactly why our shows are so funny and unique.

Unique and interactive: Whydo our shows have this cult following? It’s simple: We actively involve our guests and give them the chance to help decide which topics we’ll joke about. This allows us to combine classic stand-up comedy with modern crowd interaction and spectacular improvisation. This makes every evening and every show a one-of-a-kind experience that happens only once.

Note: The HAHA Comedy Club offers comedy for adults—sometimes below the belt, often pushing boundaries, but always with class. Admission is for ages 16 and up (please inquire in advance for exceptions). The 5:00 PM shows last about 1.5 hours, and the 7:30 PM shows last about 2 hours.
