Hajo Päffgenrath, arguably Cologne’s most flamboyant kiosk owner, welcomes his guests in the popular, laid-back Cologne style. At the “world’s oldest Kölsch brewery,” he guides visitors through the entire brewing process and presents the eventful history of the Sünner Brewery, founded in 1830. Anecdotes that’ll make you smile, traditional Cologne songs, and amusing toasts… all delivered with a wink and plenty of humor. Enjoy a carefree time with friends and colleagues, a fresh Kölsch in hand.

 
But watch out! Only those who listen attentively, join in the fun, and live and love the Kölsch spirit have a chance at the highly coveted KÖLSCH DIPLOMA.

Includes a Zwickelbier (unfiltered) straight from the storage tank

Location: Not wheelchair accessible. The tour takes place both indoors and outdoors, involving stairs, narrow hallways, and rooms with temperatures as low as 2–4 degrees Celsius.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event for good cause (e.g., operational disruptions, unforeseen events) and, if necessary, to announce a new date. In this case, the tickets remain valid. If no alternative date for the canceled event is found and announced, the ticket may be refunded. Requests for a refund must be submitted in writing via email to reservierung@brauwelt-koeln.de.

Note: The minimum number of participants for this event is 10. If this number is not reached at least 24 hours before the event begins, the event will not take place and the costs will be refunded.

Our ticket counter in the showroom at the factory outlet. Please have all tickets scanned there at least 15 minutes before the event begins. A printed ticket is not required; a screenshot is sufficient.
