In this workshop, we’ll work together to develop the technique and strength needed for a stable handstand. Step by step, we’ll build the necessary foundations so your body can better understand and internalize the position. We’ll practice intensively on our hands and also incorporate headstands and forearm stands to develop control over the body in the “upside-down” position from different perspectives. The workshop is suitable for all levels: From basic strength exercises and first balancing attempts to push-ups and various variations, there’s something for everyone.
