In this workshop, the focus is on building strength and flexibility in a targeted way to sustainably improve your mobility and help your body achieve greater stability. Through a combination of strength exercises and deep stretching, you will develop greater control, balance, and body awareness. Whether you’re just starting out or already have experience, the training will be tailored to your individual level. This allows you to work safely toward your personal goals and become stronger and more flexible step by step. This workshop is the perfect preparation for the upcoming handstand workshop, as it activates and strengthens your core and leg stability while improving your flexibility in advance.
