HANE Salon: Talin Hajintsi + Hanic

In the organizer's words:

Talin Hajintsi + Hanic

Curated by Susanna Pavlidis

HANE Salon, a series of live concerts, listening sessions, and culinary interventions that take place in the cozy foyer of SİNEMA TRANSTOPIA, warmly invites you to an evening in two parts courtesy of Talin Hajintsi + Hanic.

For Talin Hajintsi, music stands for the resilience of a community and resistance to oppression. The Western Armenian musician and dancer grew up in the Berlin diaspora with the Armenian music of her parents and grandparents. As a singer, oud player and occasional davul player, she keeps these folk songs alive to this day.

Hanic is Tehran-born, Berlin-based singer, performer, and songwriter who reimagines and reshapes sounds from the SWANA region, blending synth-pop with jazz influences and electronic experimentation. Rooted strongly in vocal work and improvisation, Hanic builds pieces that move between structure and spontaneity and across languages and textures.

Guests are welcome to enjoy our delicious meze plates which will be available from the bar throughout the evening. Made with love in-house, we invite you to break bread over a shared love of music, conversation, and food.

Limited tickets available, book in advance to avoid disappointment!
