Harmunichs & Friends: The Joy Of A Cappella Music

The HARMUNICHS—founded in 1995 as Munich’s first barbershop choir—are a group of more than 50 women with powerful voices who are dedicated to four-part barbershop and a cappella singing. With four gold and four silver medals each at the German Barbershop Choir Championships and a first-place finish at the International Spanish Championships, the Harmunichs—under the direction of Monica Knox—rank among the top choirs in their genre in Germany.
NEWPHORIA consists of four female singers with years of barbershop experience who have been singing together in this lineup since 2021. As the reigning top women’s quartet in the German barbershop community, they captivate audiences with their distinctive sound.

The German-American quartet VETO has been performing together since 2023 and secured first place at last year’s European Championships for mixed barbershop quartets.

All three ensembles captivate their audiences with sophisticated and entertaining a cappella arrangements from pop, rock, jazz, and musicals.
