We are delighted that Tom Klose is coming to Gut Karlshöhe to present not only his own hits at the third edition of Hits & Happen, but also one or two cover hits to sing along to. As always, the concert will be accompanied by delicious snacks from the Hobenköök kitchen (included in the ticket price). Admission: 6:30 pm, start: 7 pm.
Emotion over calculation - Tom Klose is a man of contrasts: Always accompanied by his trusty guitar, he sometimes sings with a delicate, fragile head voice, sometimes with a hard, powerful chest voice. He presents his heart on a silver platter, with a garnish of deep melancholy and pure joie de vivre.
The Hamburg native by choice manages an elegant musical balancing act between indie à la Radiohead and pop à la John Mayer. However, he always remains true to classic songwriting from the folk genre. Tom Klose is all about truthfulness and the song itself, which is a refreshing change in times of superficial self-portrayal. He knows who he is and you can feel in every minute that after six years of music as his main profession, he has not only found his sound, but also himself.
Born in Flensburg, he loves playing live and can already look back on over 600 performances, including as the opening act for Ed Sheeran, Tim Bendzko, Bernhoft and Wallis Bird. His concerts are a treat for anyone who can relate to human emotions in general, who doesn't mind goosebumps and who isn't too proud to shed a tear or two.
