Discussion evening for students and democracy defenders

A law degree has always been considered rock solid. After graduation, graduates can usually pursue many professions. But in times when fundamental and human rights are increasingly under pressure from the political fringes, a new generation of lawyers is needed: People who want to be involved in shaping and maintaining the associated work for the democratic constitutional state.

As part of the Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte (GFF) university tour, the political framework conditions that are crucial to attracting young people to fundamental and human rights work will therefore be discussed. What is needed to strengthen the next generation? What are the current challenges? And what opportunities are there for all of us in contemporary legal education?

The event is not only aimed at law students and interested parties, but also offers all democracy defenders exciting insights into the training of young legal professionals and necessary reforms in the rule of law.
