You know how it is: Your mind is racing, your body keeps up, but when was the last time you really felt how you were doing?
This evening, you’ll step out of your head and back into your body. Through mindful breathing, you’ll release what’s built up—tension, pressure, a whirlwind of thoughts—and make room for clarity, calm, and new energy.
You’ll leave this space feeling lighter, more present, and reconnected with yourself.
What to expect:
A guided Holosomatic Breathwork Journey—together, we’ll create a safe space for you in a small group. You can expect a combination of meditation, embodiment exercises, connecting with your breath, and a Holosomatic Breathwork Journey.
What is Holosomatic Breathwork—and how does it work?
We breathe thousands of times a day, usually completely unconsciously—as an afterthought, automatically, without ever paying attention to it. Yet our breath is the most direct connection we have to our nervous system. Through conscious breathing, we can use this very connection to set something in motion within ourselves, to release and process it.
This is exactly where Holosomatic Breathwork comes in: a holistic breathing practice that combines conscious breathing with somatic body awareness. You’ll be guided through a breathing journey that uses various techniques and modalities, combined with music and gentle embodiment exercises—small, conscious body movements that help you feel again instead of just thinking.
This creates a space where tension can dissolve, emotions can be processed, and you can reconnect with yourself. Some experience deep relaxation, others feel a sudden sense of clarity, or release old blockages—every experience is individual, guided, and safely supported.
Through breathwork, you can:
- calm and regulate your nervous system
- reduce stress and find greater peace
- release old emotions and tension
- gain mental clarity and renewed energy
About Malena:
Malena Harig is a Trauma-Informed Holosomatic® Breath Coach as well as a mindfulness and meditation teacher. She has personally experienced profound healing through breathwork and supports people in connecting their body, mind, and spirit and discovering their inner wisdom. She firmly believes that mastering the breath is an essential tool for unlocking our full potential and healing our nervous system. Malena would be happy to guide you on this transformative journey.

How to prepare for the session:
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting, warm clothing, as your body temperature may change during the session.
- Please avoid eating large meals or drinking coffee for 2 hours before the session.
- Please avoid alcohol or other substances for 24 hours beforehand.
