Social Impact and Haus der Selbstständigen NRW can help! In our interactive format, we will discuss, among other things, how fees can become a sensible source of income and which suitable billing forms and contract types are available.

In our workshop, Olaf Weberring and Henriette Gruber from Social Impact will discuss with you in the group what is important to consider when calculating a fee and where stumbling blocks and misunderstandings usually lie. Among other things, the course will deal with paid and unpaid work:

How do I correctly estimate the amount of work required for assignments?
How can I negotiate well and how do others do it?
How can I avoid selling myself too cheaply and not making enough to live on?
And how can I actually enforce this fee?
