In the organizer's words:
Hungry ghosts - Intuitive painting & creative self-reflection
In the Buddhist tradition, "hungry ghosts" represent wishes, desires and inner parts that demand attention. In this workshop, we use color, form and intuitive painting processes to meet these inner voices in a creative way.
Which voice inside you always wants more, is never completely satisfied or is constantly looking for something on the outside? What does this "hungry ghost" say? And what does the opposite voice sound like - the voice that has already had enough, that can see what is there and feels gratitude?
Through various impulses and short reflection exercises, we dive deeper into our inner world step by step. It is not about prior artistic knowledge or a perfect result, but about curiosity, self-expression and the creative process.
The workshop invites you to experiment and discover new perspectives on yourself. In creative expression, we explore the tension between lack and abundance, between desire and satisfaction, and give both voices space on canvas and paper.
All materials, drinks and snacks are included.
