Between bars, apartments, neighborhood meetings, wastelands and cultural venues, a wide variety of actors have their say and reveal the conflict lines of a neighborhood in transition: displacement, inequality and racism. Thanks to VHS recordings, historical and new footage blur into timeless images with a retro look.
