In the organizer's words:

And what is bothering you? Cologne students went through their everyday lives with this question, inspired by the collection of columns "Kummer aller Art" by bestselling author Mariana Leky. They observed people. What's going through their minds? What worries and problems, but also quirks, do they have? Are they happy?
In Leky's short stories, sorrow connects the characters; they suffer from insomnia, lovesickness, sadness or fears in their various forms. The students' texts show what people in Cologne and the surrounding area share with each other - in the shadows of everyday life, completely unaware of each other. Lena Klenke ("How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)", "Babylon Berlin") and Langston Uibel ("Roter Himmel", "Unorthodox") will read from these encounters and insights. The evening will be accompanied by presenter Marie-Christine Knop.
