INNER STRENGTH
Two approaches. One experience.
What does it really mean to be strong inside?
Not in the sense of "persevering" or "functioning" - but as something calm and stable that supports you from within.
In this workshop, we combine two powerful approaches to inner strength: through the body and through inner work.
Part 1 - Breath & Body (Everett)
You will learn how to access your inner stability system through breath and movement.
The focus is on working with the so-called bandhas - subtle energetic activations in the body that support your spine, stabilize your posture and at the same time create lightness and focus.
Through targeted breathing exercises and an activating asana practice, you will experience how inner stability feels directly in the body.
(Session in English)
Part 2 - Mind & heart (Tina, qualified psychologist)
Inner strength comes not only from doing - but from letting go.
This part is about consciously recognizing and releasing old tensions, inner resistances and stuck stories.
With elements of radical acceptance, forgiveness and presence work, a space opens up in which you can reconnect with yourself - clearer, freer and calmer.
(Teaching in German)
This workshop is an invitation to understand strength in a new way:
not as something you have to achieve - but as something you uncover within yourself again.
Who is the workshop suitable for?
For everyone - with or without yoga experience.
If you feel that "achieving more" is not the answer, but that you are looking for deeper access to yourself, this is the right place for you.
English-speaking guests are very welcome.
