Shaolin monks have been using qigong to strengthen body and mind for over 1500 years. The "8 Brocades" are a proven series of exercises with calm, flowing movements that promote flexibility, stability and body awareness.
The exercises help to relieve tension, improve concentration and find new strength and inner peace.
The course is aimed at men of all ages - no previous knowledge is required.
