Izabela Tadra’s novel was awarded the new German-Polish JOSEPHA literary fellowship in 2025 and was shortlisted for the prestigious Polish Gdynia Literary Award.

Izabela Tadra, born in 1985 in Jednorożec. Polish writer, journalist, and screenwriter. Her debut novel , *Hotel ZNP*, was published in 2024 by the Warsaw-based publisher filtry. Adapted for the stage, the play premiered at Teatr Nowy in Łódź. For this novel, Tadra was awarded the inaugural German-Polish JOSEPHA Literary Fellowship. She lives in Warsaw, where she works in the public relations industry.
