Jan Schrüllkamp Quintett

New Faces is the newcomer series at the Jazz-Schmiede and presents young talents twice a month and perhaps the big names of tomorrow!

The Jan Schrüllkamp Quintett is one of the exciting new formations from the Ruhr region. The five musicians got to know each other while studying jazz at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen and combine classical jazz with modern sounds to create a unique sound world.
