JILUKAexpresses a wide range of emotions by combining their aggressive metal sound with diverse musical influences and incorporating impressive, melodic music. Within three years, the band released three mini-albums and five singles, all of which showcase an impressive musical evolution interwoven with a musical sensibility characteristic of the new generation. Strongly influenced by visual kei deathcore from the very beginning, both their growth as a band and a hybrid, metal-driven intensification led to the creation of visual kei modern metal. In addition, they continued to expand their consistently high-energy live performances and presented their first full-length album, “Metamorphose,” to the world in 2018. They then took a bold new step forward in May 2019 with their brilliantly daring cover album “Polyhedron,” which included a metal version of the nationally renowned hit “U.S.A.” as well as the iconic anime song “Fukai Mori.” To mark their five-year band anniversary with their first best-of album, “XANADU,” and an anniversary solo show in February 2020, JILUKA solidified their position at the forefront of V-Kei Modern Metal with the split albums “Xtopia” (2020) and “IDOLA” (2021), at the forefront of V-Kei modern metal. In October 2022, the band released the digital single “BLVCK.”
