For the Kastelruther Spatzen ,"heart and home" belong together.You can see this in their traditional costumes and hear it in their songs, which are always about the love of their homeland, the beautiful Alpine nature and the life of the people in South Tyrol. It is precisely these recurring images of nature, deep feelings, religious values and musical roots that can be recognized in many of the Spatzen 's songs. The Spatzen have never allowed themselves to be bent. Basic values such as faith, the

simple, nature-loving life and the aforementioned love for their homeland of South Tyrol play an important role. The close cohesion within the group and the aspiration to convey content in the songs that comes directly from people's everyday lives and thus appeals to the emotional world of their many fans is also important here. So it's no wonder that their music now connects generations. "Heart and Home" is therefore the well-chosen title of the Spatzen's new concert tour. There is also an anniversary to celebrate this year. It is now exactly 40 years since the Kastelruther Spatzen released their first album "Viel Spaß und Freude" and the Spatzen are still passionate summiteers in the music business today. They can call an incredible 13 Echos and countless platinum and gold awards their own. They are the most successful group in the folk music scene of all time. That is beyond question!

40 years, the Kastelruther Spatzen have been on tour throughout Europe, 40 years of countless concerts, millions of concertgoers, millions of records sold - these are the numbers of the Kastelruther Spatzen's incomparable success story. The Kastelruther Spatzen have become the epitome of folk music and folk hits, they are one of the biggest names in the folk music business, nobody embodies this style better than they do. They have won everything there is to win in their profession. They have won the "Golden Tuning Fork" five times and several folk music crowns and have also been awarded the "Grand Prix of Folk Music". These three

award shows are now TV history, but the Spatzen are still at the zenith of their success. Their 13 (!) Echos have long been inscribed in the great book of industry history and are regarded as the unshakeable measure of all things in Germany.

Unmistakable in style and appearance, they inspire millions of fans, land one hit after another and hit the heart with their melodies and lyrics. Songs of home and love, longing and joy. In their songs, the "Kastelruther Spatzen" sing about human destinies, stories that life writes for all of us in equal measure, and often also about their beloved homeland, South Tyrol and the mountains.

Time is not in our hands. Happiness cannot be forced and life is in a constant state of flux. This makes the Kastelruther Spatzen's deep sense of gratitude for being able to experience this happiness and this special event all the greater. And every time spent together is all the more precious.

The super atmosphere in the concert hall is guaranteed! A reunion that the Spatzen and their fans have loved for 40 years. With the big "Herz und Heimat" tour, the Kastelruther Spatzen thank their countless fans for their unique loyalty and friendship. The concerts will bring back the many beautiful moments and memories from 40 years - 40 years of "Lebensmelodie" as well as new tracks from their album "Herz und Heimat", which will be released on 29.09.2023.
