Katyadotcom is the project of Austrian musician Katja Frießnegg, who has been releasing her
has been releasing her own music since 2023. Her sound moves between dreamy indie and modern, clearly
modern, clearly produced pop. Her lyrics are honest and unembellished, dealing with personal experiences
personal experiences, inner conflicts and questions of self-acceptance in her lyrics. The result
are catchy songs, sometimes melancholic, sometimes balladic, sometimes danceable.

Inspired by influences from UK pop, Scandi pop and alt-pop, her sound is more raw,
more direct and vulnerable than before.
