The London duo with a new vision of jazz

West London duo Kessoncoda consists of drummer Tom Sunney and keyboardist Filip Sowa. Standing firmly between acoustic tradition and electronica, Kessoncoda is founded on a unique blend of melodic, ostinato piano and unwavering drums. Filip and Tom draw on their diverse musical interests and are influenced by rock, electronica, ambient, breakbeat and soundtracks for films and artists such as Squarepusher, Radiohead and Clark. They develop a new vision of jazz that is revolutionized by lulling dance music and electronica in their tracks. Kessoncoda's debut album "Outerstate" will be released on July 12, 2024 via Gondwana Records.
