Fun, Games, and Exercise on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Museum Fünf Kontinente
In conjunction with the special exhibition“Krishna: Religion, Art, and Pop Culture,” children—guided by Patricia Fritz—will discoveryoga, a form of exercise that originated in India.
The focus will be on games, fun, and movement, as well as learning relaxation and breathing techniques to bring more balance to everyday life and promote restful sleep. No prior experience is necessary; just bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
Suitable for children ages 5 and up accompanied by an adult
Cost: €10, including admission to the special exhibition
