KLANGRAUM Flügelwochenende | Romantisches Frankreich

An evening full of passion. The monumental piano quintet by the French composer César Franck takes center stage. A work full of energy, romantic melodies and dramatic moments. One of the works that can only sweep the audience away with its fire.

The outstanding pianist Diana Sahakyan is back on our KLANGRAUM stage this time, having last delighted our audience in May this year with a solo program ranging from Chopin to Hensel and Bonis to Rachmaninov.
This time she will be performing one of the most technically demanding works in chamber music literature with the Franck Quintet. You will also see other familiar faces on stage, including the exceptional violinists Hana Chang and Dmytro Udovychenko as well as the violist Miho Kawai. Our artistic director Frederick Winterson will also be there.
