During a singing bowl massage, I work with Tibetan singing bowls, which are carefully placed on the body and gently played.
The resulting vibrations spread through the tissue and are perceived as deeply relaxing and balancing. This allows the nervous system to calm down and the body begins to switch to a calmer state
