Many people involved in neighborhood work, socioculture and educational work are confronted with structural problems. These challenges are often personalized, which leads to excessive demands and questions about one's own role. We will systematically classify these conflicts, sharpen your professional role and try out practical ways of constructive conflict management - for more orientation and confidence in your everyday work. To do this, we will look at examples from your practice: Where is your constructive scope for action? The aim is to define your responsibilities more clearly, increase your conflict management skills and thus define your scope more realistically. Practical exercises on how to deal with your own boundaries and goals will conclude the course and help you transfer these into your everyday working life.
