The fact that conflicts often arise in interpersonal relationships - in other words, a clash of different opinions, interests and feelings - is actually quite normal and unavoidable. What we can avoid, however, is the dissatisfaction and anger that this often triggers in us. And leaves a trail of broken relationships and missed opportunities. In this course, we use special thoughts and meditations from Buddhist teachings to help us stay calm and respond constructively.
No previous knowledge is required for the course, the meditation room is equipped with cushions and chairs. During the break there will be fresh croissants and tea/coffee, time and space for discussion and questions.
