Singer and guitarist David William Hughes presents a unique, retro-inspired blend of jazz, country, and Renaissance music. Combining original songs with creative arrangements and new compositions, David’s music seeks to evoke nostalgia and authenticity—in the sounds of both the past and the present.
David made his international debut in 2007 at the renowned Montreux Jazz Festival before studying music at the University of Oxford. Since then, he has performed with great success in the UK, the U.S., Germany, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland, Israel, and Australia through solo and ensemble projects. Since 2023, David has also been performing in a duo with Freiburg-based guitarist Jan Klementz.
This time, you can stop by as early as 5 p.m. and take advantage of the “paint-along” opportunity hosted by @basstauben to create something magical together!
