Kreis statt Krise – die interaktive C2C Ausstellung

Immerse yourself in a world without waste! Discover in the Cradle to Cradle exhibition in Berlin how we can shape a future worth living with the Cradle to Cradle principle: climate-positive instead of climate-neutral, healthy products instead of resource scarcity, circle instead of crisis!

Climate change, scarcity of resources, biodiversity crisis and social inequality: the way we live and act today is anything but sustainable. But a different world is already possible today and we can all play an active role in shaping it. How? You can find out at the "Circle instead of Crisis" exhibition by Cradle to Cradle NGO at Freiraum in der Box in Berlin-Friedrichshain from March 1 to July 4, 2024.

The exhibition presents a positive image of the future, makes the unimaginable tangible using practical examples and shows how we can all shape a future worth living. The exhibition venue is a listed brick horse stable which, with its program of workshops, events and exhibitions, inspires people to help shape a future worth living and promotes the preservation of biodiversity.

The bilingual exhibition (German and English) is free of charge.

What you can expect

Get an idea of the impact of our human actions over the past decades. We have created an economic system that is no longer in harmony with the cycles of natural ecosystems. This linear system is not sustainable and we are endangering our own livelihoods.

Get to know the Cradle to Cradle (C2C) concept as part of the solution for a future worth living, which you can help to shape yourself. Find out why the cherry tree and the ant play such an important exemplary role for C2C and why we humans are beneficial organisms. Discover the biological and technical cycles using existing everyday examples and find out how textiles, building materials and packaging are designed and produced that are useful for people and the environment and never become waste.

Help shape the world of tomorrow. Get creative yourself in the C2C workshop and develop ideas for a sustainable future worth living in, in which every waste becomes a nutrient for something new and C2C is a matter of course.
