ANN CAN'T TALK
On November 18, KULTURIKA LIVE presents an indie-rock-pop evening in a class of its own at the Domhof club. On stage will be young bands that create unforgettable moments with their music and energy. The main act of the evening is the up-and-coming band ANN CAN'T TALK who will thrill the audience with hits like "Hellblau", "Kompromisse" and "Farben". The indie pop trio from Cologne has already conquered the "Wilde Herzen" playlist on Spotify and was celebrated as "Newcomer of the Year". Their stirring music ranges from emotional piano ballads, to poppy love anthems, to loud songs with rocking guitar riffs. After a sold-out debut album release concert at Luxor in May this year, there is now another opportunity to experience the band live.
PRIVACY PLEASE
Before ANN CAN'T TALK the Cologne band PRIVACY PLEASE heats up as support act. After an eventful year full of acclaimed gigs and single releases, PRIVACY PLEASE have found their musical identity in soulful indie rock/pop more than ever. Catchy melodies, danceable grooves and emotional lyrics form the songs with which the five Cologne:ins inspire more and more fans. Half FLINTA cast, the band manages to depict, among other things, topics such as queerness and gender roles emotionally and authentically in their songs.
15 YEARS INDIE FRESSE PARTY
Following the concert, starting at 10:30 p.m., guests can expect the INDIE FRESSE PARTY, which has been taking place for 15 years. This unique event offers a skilful mix of indie rock and pop and promises to make the hearts of music lovers:inside beat faster.
The Domhof club at Cologne's main train station offers the ideal atmosphere for experiencing the artists up close and being swept away by the live music.
