Kuratorinnen-Führung: München um 1900. Zwischen Historismus und Jugendstil

Technical innovations, the first wave of globalization, changing living and working conditions - industrialization brought with it upheavals in the course of the 19th century that we are experiencing today in a similar way to digitalization. How was this upheaval reflected in art and how did Munich artists react? These questions will be explored using selected works from the Historicism and Art Nouveau collection, a core part of the Münchner Stadtmuseum.
