In the Kompakt Record Store of the legendary Cologne label for electronic music, the ADKDW invites you once a month to a joint listening session: alternating between music and conversation, a guest presents selected songs, song fragments or instrumentals and categorizes them from a personal, music-historical and/or political perspective.

During her photography studies, Leah-Lilith Heeren founded the platform IN MY HANDS, a photography magazine and platform for mainly young photographers and artists, which shows a cross-section of today's young photography in physical and digital space. The form and design of the object magazine is constantly being questioned in the ongoing issues, thus breaking up a uniform structure. By distancing the magazine from its role as a mere information carrier, it is placed in ever new contexts and invites interaction and experiences in real space.

Sascha Ehlert is the founder and editor-in-chief of Das Wetter. He also ran the hip-hop magazine Juice from 2013 to 2015 and has written as a freelance author for taz, FAS, Spex, Zeit Online, Nachtkritik and many more. In 2015, he founded Korbinian Verlag with Katharina Holzmann and David Rabolt, where he was one of three publishers until December 2023.

The Learning to Listen series
Learning to Listen uses radio broadcasts, podcasts and live events to explore forms of listening and non-listening - and the knowledge that can be gained from them. The central aim of Learning to Listen is to understand why certain sounds, songs and narratives are heard and others are not. Together we want to deal with internalized ways of thinking and learn to listen and unlearn.

Learning to Listen Series
In radio broadcasts, podcasts and live events, Learning to Listen deals with forms of listening and non-listening - and the knowledge that can be drawn from them. The main aim of Learning to Listen is to initiate didactic processes intended to help us understand why certain sounds, songs, and narratives are heard and others are not. Together we will reflect on our internalized ways of thinking, of learning to listen and to un-learn.
