Ehrenfeld Co-Coaching is a free cooperative group coaching.

Description:
Life is becoming increasingly diverse, complex and multi-optional.
How do other people deal with their situations and goals (e.g. in professional, relationship and everyday contexts)? What has helped them?

The participating people support each other with their life knowledge on all kinds of life topics. (e.g. experiences with emigration, self-employment, open relationships or buying an apartment, etc.) The exchange is guided.

General conditions:

✔️Das is offered by several KR members and may differ slightly in the choice of group coaching methods. Deviations from the classic process will be announced in the Co-Coaching WhatsApp group.

✔️Kommen and leave at any time. You can also just listen.🦊

✔️Das The whole thing takes place in a relaxed circle of armchairs and sofas. 🙆🏼🙆🏻‍♀️🛋️🪴.

Classic procedure:

At the beginning, everyone can be inspired by the life topics of the last meetings (these are available) or bring in any new interest/concern and ask for other people's life experiences. Then there are a maximum of 4 speeches per interest. The topic then changes. The reported life experience remains in the room without judgment. There are no conversations in the classic format.💡

Added value:

I can gain new life and experience knowledge here (even specifically for my situation if I want to)💡, hear stories and get to know new people in a relaxed way, with whom I can chat after the event.🙋‍♀️👫.
