Ehrenfeld Lebenskunde is a free, collaborative group discussion format. 🛋️🪴🏳️🌈🧑🤝🧑💬✨
Life is becoming increasingly diverse, complex, and full of choices. How do other people deal with their situations and goals (e.g., in professional, relationship, and everyday contexts)? What has helped them?
Participants support one another by sharing their life experiences on all kinds of topics (e.g., experiences with moving abroad, self-employment, open relationships, or buying a home, etc.). The discussion is facilitated.
🌀 The session is led by rotating KR members and may vary slightly in the methods used. Any deviations from the standard format will be announced in the Lebenskunde WhatsApp group.
🛋️ The whole thing takes place in a relaxed circle of armchairs and sofas. 🪴
✨ You’re free to come and go at any time.
👂 Just listening is expressly welcome.
💸 Participation is free; the Kulturraum welcomes donations.
👆 The event is open to everyone and is held in a sober environment to ensure that personal topics can be addressed with clarity and respect.
Typical Format
At the beginning, everyone can draw inspiration from the life topics discussed at previous sessions (which are on display) or bring up any new interest or concern and seek insights from others’ life experiences. Then, there are a maximum of 4 contributions per topic. Afterward, the topic changes. The life experiences shared remain in the room without judgment. No discussions take place in the classic format.💡
Added Value
Here, I can gain new insights into life and experience (even tailored specifically to my situation, if I’d like)💡, hear stories, and get to know new people in a relaxed setting—people I can continue talking to after the event. 🙋♀️👫.
