A feast on stage, a delight on record: Les Yeux d'la Tête have stood for music that thinks and dances at the same time since 2008. Founded in the heights of Montmartre, with French chanson at their heart, nurtured by rock and nourished by world music, the Parisian sextet has played over 1,000 concerts in twelve countries and released six albums. Their concerts are energetic yet full of subtlety - somewhere between gypsy swing, acoustic punk, chanson and danceable rock'n'roll.

Their lyrics are clever, socially aware and spiced with uncompromising humor. The melodies, on the other hand, go straight to the ear - catchy, moving, rousing. Les Yeux d'la Tête manage the feat of simultaneously giving hope and ironically reflecting the world. In songs such as "Ça ira mieux demain" or "Foutez-vous la paix", they combine infectious energy with a clear attitude. Other pieces are dedicated to very personal moments - from becoming a father to the rediscovered power of love.

Written on tour, carried by the spirit of the stage, their latest album is a tribute to life and togetherness. It captures the intensity of their live shows - the singing together, the jumping, the laughing and sometimes the pausing.

From Parisian cafés to German clubs and major European festivals, Les Yeux d'la Tête have built up a steadily growing fan base - especially in Germany. Album after album, they continue to develop their sound without losing their acoustic roots.
