In the organizer's words:
Music meets comedy!
When stand-up comedians go on stage, they usually have a microphone in their hands - and that's it. With music comedy, an instrument is added to the mix. And suddenly a gag turns into a song, a punchline into a chorus and an observation into a wonderfully absurd song.
As part of the Comedy Festival Cologne, comedians use their instruments to present bizarre, funny, absurd and sometimes wonderfully weird stories about everyday life, life and everything in between. An evening between comedy and concert.
The evening will be hosted by Gerd Buurmann, actor, comedian and founder of "Kunst gegen Bares".
Guests are:
Julia Hingst. She combines pop music and stand-up comedy to create a musical brainrot comedy escapade. She will be accompanied by her piano accompanist Sari Elén Esser.
Reni. She creates great emotions with her guitar and voice and provides insight into her emotional world with vivid language.
Martin Zingsheim. He composes linguistically and musically witty, entertaining, profound and wonderful cabaret.
Klinke for Gitte. He creates musical cabaret and improvised minstrel songs. Somewhere between Rainald Grebe, Reinhard Mai and pure nonsense.
Viktoria Burkert. She writes and sings funny songs, sometimes poetic, sometimes silly, about the small and big abysses and absurdities of being human.
