In the organizer's words:
With their seventh studio album in the bag, the two self-proclaimed do-gooders are tearing up one venue after another across Germany - accompanied by the ever-growing Schmierlappen Kommando: Liedfett are no longer an insider tip, but a collective state of euphoria, attitude and joie de vivre.
With their new, self-titled album "liedfett" which will be released on April 24, 2026, Liedfett sound closer, more direct and more unembellished than ever before. Between new beginnings and excessive demands, between broad grins and honest self-questioning, they combine songs such as "Alles wird gut", "Zu kurz", "Einsamkeitsgefahr", "Das war ich" and "Partybrille" with six new tracks to create an album that goes straight to the heart: it's about stumbling through life, about carrying on despite doubts, about being loud when necessary - and about being vulnerable when necessary. Taking a stand without pointing a finger. Whether on stage or around the campfire. Everywhere.
Musically, Liedfett remain true to their powerful mix of German pop, punk energy and uncompromising live character. "Liedfett" is not a retrospective or a concept album, but a snapshot: honest, connecting, full of power and warmth. Anyone who tries to grasp the Liedfett phenomenon through numbers or words alone will fail. The whole picture only unfolds live - and only then do you really understand why so many people join in when they say: Are you coming?
19:45 Support: Fräulein Luise
The songs of the young Zurich band Fräulein Luise are very much about telling different stories, in which they deal with relevant social issues as well as their own experiences. That's why they write their lyrics mainly in German and dialect. While the strength of their lyrics often lies in their simple directness, the music, although musically mainly in the indie-pop/alternative realm, is a wild mix of different genres, from indie, rock, to pop and everything in between. Despite various influences, Fräulein Luise is easily recognizable by her unique sound, which is characterized above all by particularly melodious basslines and two-part vocals.
In addition to numerous concerts in Switzerland, the Zurich band has already had the opportunity to support various pop greats such as Wanda, Von Wegen Lisbeth and Steiner & Madlaina at the Gurtenfestival and Open-Air St. Gallen, among others. After another support tour with the well-known indie bands Wanda and Ok.Danke.Tschüss in spring 2024, the band is now working on their debut album. This will be released in summer 2026 and in collaboration with producer Sebastian Adam.
