Does anyone remember the legendary IT'S A HARDCORE NIGHT series at Unter Deck? Authors, actors and celebrities read texts from their favorite books from the then still existing cult publisher Heyne Hardcore, accompanied by music from local musicians and bands on the fly, followed by dancing together. Heyne Hardcore is now history. But now the former publishing director and initiator of the event series Markus Naegele, with the support of Atomic Café founder Christian Heine, is bringing together what belongs together again under the motto LOST IN MUSIC: literature and music. Music is also the trump card in the readings - letters, (auto)biographical texts, articles and novel excerpts from the wide world of pop music. Read aloud by authors, musicians, presenters and actors. And of course there will be live music on the fly, but not just any music, no, LOST IN MUSIC is about the high art of cover versions, performed by ever-changing local acts. Afterwards, friendly DJs play their favorite records and it's time to party. A sequel is not out of the question.
