The next episode is about education. We often only realize how migrant we actually are when we have children. Suddenly we're saying phrases that our parents, who weren't exactly anti-authoritarian, used to say, putting our kids in ski suits instead of virgin wool overalls, sitting them in front of the TV and wrestling with our own idea of parenthood in the German role of mother. Is our 'good old' parenting toxic or is there something wrong with the Insta-promoted parenting guidelines? How much well-intentioned advice from friends and strangers is good for us and our heirs?
