Lucky Luke trifft die Brüder Grimm

What happens when Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm set off to the Wild West with their fairy tales and meet with little enthusiasm there? This is exactly what Flix and Reinhard Kleist tell in their new comic album "The Grimm Brothers": a story about Snow White and the Frog King between saloons and prairie, about two scholars outside their comfort zone and about Lucky Luke, who is of course there to help them when things get dicey.

From June 13 to 18, 2026, the two artists will take the album on a reading tour along the German Fairy Tale Route: from Hanau, the birthplace of the Grimms, to their final resting place in Berlin. The capital city will experience the crowning finale on Thursday, June 18 at 7 pm at the Museum for Communication Berlin. At the same time, there will be first insights into the exhibition "Lucky Luke - Morris' Lonely Western Hero", which Flix is curating together with Dietrich Wolf Fenner and will be on display at the Museum für Kommunikation from October 2, 2026 to March 28, 2027.
