Mad Max - Fury Road

From director George Miller, originator of the post-apocalyptic genre and mastermind behind the legendary "Mad Max" franchise, comes another non-stop action adventure with an apocalyptic story set in the furthest reaches of our planet, in a stark desert landscape where humanity is broken, and almost everyone is crazed fighting for the necessities of life. Haunted by his turbulent past, Max (Hardy; "No Turning Back", "This Means War", "Warrior") believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group led by a woman, Furiosa (Theron), fleeing across the Wasteland on the run from tyrannical Warlord Immortan Joe. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
