Malas knüpfen - mit Intention

In the organizer's words:

Mala knotting - with intention workshop - Friday, May 16 - 2-6 p.m.

Your mala is not only created with your hands. It is created with what you need right now. 108 hand-knotted beads, a guru bead and an intention that you set this afternoon.

We start with a short mindfulness session so that you really arrive. Then you intuitively choose the gemstone beads that speak to you the most. Finally, the qualities of each stone are explained. So that you can follow your gut feeling.

You don't need any previous knowledge. Please don't forget your reading glasses.

What you can expect:

1. Guided mindfulness session for relaxation

2. Intuitive selection of your gemstone beads

3. Joint knotting with 108 beads, guru bead and personal intention

4. Dissolution of the selected stones

5. You take your finished mala home with you as a powerful symbol
