Who is this workshop for?

For moms who have lost sight of themselves after giving birth or in everyday family life. Who feel they can't do justice to anyone - and long for more connection to themselves.

• A safe space with a total of 4-8 moms
• Reflection on your roles and your inner balance
• Creative exercises & impulses from systemic counseling
• Impulses for your self-efficacy and your desire for change

Contents & schedule (2 hours)

• 1. arrival & introduction: get to know each other & first reflection question
• 2nd impulse: Identity and role conflicts after birth
• 3rd exercise: Me in my roles - visualization with a circle picture
• 4th exercise: From either to and - reformulation of inner sentences
• 5. integration & conclusion: reflection, exchange and first steps

The goal:

You leave with more clarity, self-understanding and first steps towards a new balance between being a mom and being yourself.

Location & setting

The workshop will take place at Babyzentrum Porz (Berger Straße 187a, 51145 Cologne). Materials will be provided.

Costs & catering

The participation fee is 39 euros per person and will be paid on site in cash or via Paypal. Drinks and snacks are also provided on site and are paid for separately.
