In this meditation course for beginners, you will get to know meditation step by step - without pressure to perform, without previous experience and without having to "do it right". You will learn what meditation really is and how you can integrate it into your everyday life in a sustainable way.

Do you want to meditate but don't really know how to start? Perhaps you have already tried apps or short instructions - and are unsure whether you are "doing everything right" or whether meditation is right for you at all?
In this course, we create a calm, protected environment in which you can experience and understand meditation in a practical way. Instead of idealized ideas or rigid techniques, the aim is to gain your own experience and develop a realistic, friendly approach to meditation.
The course combines short theoretical impulses with guided meditations and space for exchange. You will learn what meditation is - and also what it is not - and how you can deal with typical challenges such as restlessness, a flood of thoughts or impatience.

Who is this course for?
The course is aimed at people who want to learn meditation from scratch - without prior knowledge and without spiritual or performance-oriented demands. It is also suitable if you have already had some experience but would like more clarity and orientation.
Duration & schedule
The course lasts 4 weeks with consecutive units:
Each unit combines theoretical insights, joint meditation practice and exchange. Between the sessions you will receive audio files of the meditations for your own practice.
