An exhibition featuring 30 visual interpretations by Jochen Stankowski of the UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights of December 10, 1948. Please register under “Vernissage” by July 8, 2026, at uwe.rosentreter@die-anstifter.de
It is a milestone in human history for the protection of the fundamental and universal rights of every individual. Article 1 states: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.” The Declaration has been translated into over 500 languages.
Graphic designer and painter Jochen Stankowski translates the 30 articles into minimalist, visual interpretations—a feast for the senses and, at the same time, a focus on the fundamental principles of design.
The cultural association 's Dudelsäckle e. V., in cooperation with Die AnStifter e. V., will present Stankowski’s works along with an accompanying program from July 10 through October 2, 2026.
