Rising pop-metalcore stars from Australia return to Germany for four headline shows

When talking about the hottest up-and-coming metalcore bands of the moment, there’s hardly a way to ignoreMelrose Avenue. With their mix of catchy pop and high-energy metalcore, the band has built a global fanbase since 2022 and, after supporting tours for Ice Nine Kills, The Word Alive, and The Funeral Portrait, they’ve long since made the leap to headlining global tours—all without having released an album yet. ThatMelroseAvenueis undoubtedly one of the most hyped Australian metalcore bands of the moment was also proven by their first European headlining tour in November 2025, which sold out completely immediately after tickets went on sale. Likewise, the three intimate club shows in June 2026 sold out within a few days. WhenMelrose Avenuereleased their metal covers of Avril Lavigne’s “Complicated” and Nickelback’s “Photograph” in 2022, the band led by TikTok starVlado Saricquickly sparked a sensation within the international metalcore scene. In their own songs as well,Melrose Avenueembraces a pop-infused metalcore sound that, with heavy riffs, breakdowns, and catchy choruses—a sound that has quickly gained a large following on tracks like their most-streamed song to date,“Suffering,”or“Through Hell”from 2023. In a recent interview with MoreCore.de, the band described their sound as follows: “If it were a party, Nickelback would be manning the grill while Justin Bieber cooks, Bullet For My Valentine brings the drinks, and Sleep Token serves dessert.” After signing with Hopeless Records in 2024, they released their debut EP,“Fool and the Beggar,” whose title track became the band’s next hit. Since 2025, the band has released additional singles, with“Reflections”emerging as the next fan favorite. On their latest single, “This Is The End,”MelroseAvenueshowcasestheir softer side with a gentle ballad. With acoustic guitars andSaric’ssoulful vocals, the track becomes an emotional singer-songwriter ballad, offering an exciting contrast to the metal-heavy sound of their previous singles.
